Day of domesticity

Very unlike me.  Activites, in addition to general cleaning, included blanching and freezing vegetables (see yesterday).  

By late afternoon however, well, enough is enough so pool time - not long though is the water is, well, "refreshing" (also see yesterday!!) followed by a very enjoyable couple of hours around the pool with neighbours Bev, Nigel, Janice, John and Ingunn who arrived from Norway yesterday. 

Dinner was home made veggie Korma. Evening walk with Rufus afforded the opportunity for today's photo of one of the garden palm trees caught in the perimeter light.
