Shirley

I met up with friend and fellow Blipper A today, we had a little wander around E Croydon as they had a giraffe trail but our main reason for meeting up was because there was an Open Day at Shirley Windmill. It’s a handsome example and we climbed to the top and we’re taken through the milling process. 
Unfortunately as we left it started to rain but we found a lovely cafe in nearby West Wickham where we had a late lunch. 
We plan to visit the Upminster Windmill , which has also been renovated, next year.
