Calendula flowers.

It is a lovely Sunday with a sense of stillness, low clouds and it is cold, 15c.
These vibrant Calendula flowers never fail to delight me. Each stage of their flower development from uniquely shaped dry seed, to showing the first glimpse of green leaves, the buds and flowers and finally, dry, well structured seed heads, bring me joy that only comes close to my love for all cats. There is no direct link between cats and Calendula flowers. A little weird perhaps, but true.
