Standing desk

I had a day off from the day job today and did a little work on my side hustle: a morning of photography at a local school.

I’m not sure exactly what’s happened but by the end of the morning my back was in agony. I’m so annoyed. Everything has gone to plan with my training and now I’m wondering if I’ll even make it round the lake on Sunday. Sitting seems to be the worst and so I used my ironing board to make a stand-up desk.

Hitting the ibuprofen and the hot-water bottle and hoping for a quick recovery.
