Derwentwater

We were up and out early this morning and headed for Derwentwater. It was great, not too many people about. We had a very relaxing walk and Bonnie of course had one or two paddles. After a while we sat down on a bench with a view and chatted to one or two people who made a fuss of Bonnie. We headed for the car around lunchtime and it was getting very busy by then so good time to be going home.

The light was constantly changing and went from blue sky to being quite overcast. The lake was busy with boats and canoes and generally people having a good time. The camera battery went flat so had to use my phone for some of the shots which coped quite well. Of course I've had my usual dilemma over which one should be today's blip. There are more here
