Wee Foal

This afternoon we took a stroll down through the farm to see how the horses were doing. They are a friendly bunch and most came over to the fence for a nose rub. This little one was a bit apprehensive at first but soon came and joined in. He (I think) is a gentle wee thing as are most of the others.
Another warm and sunny day after the morning haze burned off and we have been sitting out in the garden for much of the rest of the day. Well, thats what weekends are for - especially after yesterday. The barbecue went very well, everyone had plenty to eat and drink and there was some left over for our evening meal today.
