In old Soho

After a terrible night’s sleep I made my way up to the cutting room for an early start and notes with the BBC on ep 2.  It seemed to go quite well.  I then went back to the office and revelled in the fact that everyone was there for our development meeting. 

Early dinner in Blanchette in D’Arblay Street with Katie and Sarah and I enjoyed catching up with them although they aren’t working because of the strike.  But they are developing something exciting.  

Walked the rainy streets of Soho to the tube at Leicester Square and onto Waterloo.  I managed to catch the 9.30 train but disaster struck when I fell asleep and slept through Petersfield, waking up as the train approached Havant.  Poor V had been waiting to meet me and so had to come and get me there as there were no taxis. Very late to bed and have to go up again tomorrow for an in person meeting.
