More roadsigns on the pavement

Yet again I find roadsigns on the pavement. Pedestrians are forced to walk in the road. How sensible is that. It normally takes at least a week to investigate by which time the signs will have gone an in spite to them having a picture of the offence the will tell me that no sign of the offence can be found. Sadly it will take a serious accident for something sensible to be done.
