Jam making

I started the day sorting out my freezer. It definitely needed defrosting as I mopped up lots of water. I washed out all the drawers then restarted it. Then I looked for a raspberry jam recipe as all my raspberries had defrosted due to the freezer problem. After lunch I checked on the tomatoes. Then I started on the raspberries. I needed to depip half of them, which took a while, so I delayed me a bit , then I got back to the jam. As you can see, I made 3 pots.
