It’s Here!

How nice it felt to be on our own bed. I think I would have slept through the night if that Charlie horse hadn’t settled in my calf. Need to drink more water and not forget my daily banana. The USPS holds our mail until we get back home. What a pile we had. I was delighted to see my order of blipper freespiral’s book arrived. Cannot wait to read it. The holy well pictures are fabulous. It will give me a chance to see and learn about Ireland’s Holy Wells without going there. Hubby worked on paperwork first thing. Then he went out to get meds, take our trash and recycling to the convenience center, pick up a rotisserie chicken for dinner, etc. I continued unpacking duties, washed a load of laundry, watered my houseplants, etc. My sister and BIL stopped by to deliver the food we left in WV. Kristen gave us a vacuum for our camper and we “broke it” the first day. We simply could not figure out how to reassemble it. It has been in the basement for a few years. I asked our BIL to look at it. He took it apart but could not find what was causing it to have so little suction. My sister took a look. The canister was not put together correctly. Problem solved. Hubby is cutting ‘our out of control’ lawn. After two weeks, the grass is ankle high. I’m sure it will require being cut and bagged twice. I pulled a few weeds in my garden. They grow so quickly since we water the front bed daily when it is so hot and dry. I am closer to having everything put away than I was this morning but not finished. Tomorrow is a new day. Stay safe folks. Thanks for your kind comments and stars. “Reading is a discount ticket to everywhere.” - Mary Schmich
