With the thundery rain forecast for most of the day we walked early and gathered some more blackberries for another batch of Bramble Gin.    I processed the gin, blackberries and sugar when we got home, the previous batch is very tasty so this one is intended to be given as gifts. Afterwards I did some deadheading in the garden.   
Just a gentle shower after lunch and then a heavier thunder storm late this afternoon, 10mm of rain altogether.   Strange really as the sun was shining in the front windows and heavy rain marring the view from the back windows, but I didn't see a rainbow.   The temperature after the storm was down to 21 degrees, shouldn't say but it feels chilly after the relentless 31 that we've had over the past week.
