Hire car and museum

Since the car was towed away last night, I had to wait for SIXT to organise a replacement one. They phoned me mid-morning to say that they had a car for me in Valence and a taxi would take me there. Said taxi duly arrived and my friend Jane came with me for company. He drove like a maniac down those little roads and hairpin bends. The hire company were really brilliant! The car was there and ready. We did a spot of shopping whilst we were in the valley and I drove back up. 
We were back in time to go and see the Resistance Museum in Vassieux en Vercors - a fairly small but very well done and informative museum. We were all a bit shell shocked afterwards. 
We had booked a meal out in a beautiful pub and had a great meal - cherry on top, they were showing the rugby..
