Glowing Globules

Can't tell you how wonderful it is to walk out into our garden and see evidence of good rain - here on the papaya that Mike planted from seed not long before we left. Really hoping they produce fruit. Among other uses, I keep slices of papaya skin in the freezer to rub on itchy skin, which I often get - the only remedy that seems to work for me.

Pleasant walk to church in the cool humidity, and then to the Adega.

This afternoon, visiting Margreth in the rehab centre she's in to try to get her walking again, and then to Gunilla, who's absolutely worn out with pain from a compressed disc. Really felt for both of them.

Gratefuls:
- our good health, what a blessing it is
- the green growth everywhere, so beautiful after months of total dried out brownery, and wild flowers beginning to bloom
- catching up with Ermelinda and others at church
