Moving Day

Not for us! Though we did move ourselves two hours northwest to Ponte de Sôr, to help this lovely family move into much better accomodation - this is a crop of a phone photo, but it's what I have atm. Notice the nests, whose occupants were swooping about, but seems I didn't capture any in this photo.

Then to Mora, to chat with a Peruvian lady, also a colleague. Worthwhile, I think, not hugely sympathetic to her complaints, but will check what should be done.

Gratefuls:
- getting back home safely, not much traffic, but wild boars are always a danger
- a proper rain this morning before we left, has really soaked the ground, just wonderful, and satisfying to see that not much runoff on our Land, as opposed to the hillside opposite, which looked like it had a river running down it, taking all the soil into the Lake
- having the means to treat Aldeir and Nicéia and their lads, to a good lunch out
