Smooth Sunday

An early swim down at the lake. It felt like I had it to myself despite plenty of overnight campers about.  Silky smooth, the water almost felt warm. I really need to start standing up more often, I’ve gone a bit low on the pov recently. 

Later I engaged e-assistance on the bike for a jaunt round Lowther and Whale. Coming back over Celleron the lightning flashed a few times and the sky rumbled. Blencathra in the distance in the extra.
