Left or right?

Yesterday afternoon and most of the night was the time from hell. I’ve never felt such heat over here. Today is still too warm for me but bearable thank goodness.
I’m not quite dancing in street yet but then the rheumatologist did say he was giving a fairly low level of steroid and hoped it would be enough. But it has added another level of having to plan my days carefully because so many meds can’t be taken within 2 hours of others. I also have a weekly med to take for my bones which must be first in the morning’ with nothing else but a full glass of water and I must sit or stand for half an hour after taking. I’m trying to think of a suitable day of the week to take it!
