Another lot of steps…

And very useful these are except that this scaffolding has been up for well over a year. I just think I’m a bit unsteady to negotiate the scaffold poles as well as the barriers at the bottom.
Well I had my first bone tablet at 6.30 this morning so then had to sit around for a bit over half an hour (or I could have stood; the important thing was not to lie down). So after that I thought I might as well get showered and have a banana as soon as I could. Recommended to not eat for 2 hours after the tablet so it was a bit of a wait. Omeprazole taken half an hour before the banana and I had to wait 2 hours after that to take the steroids. So I had to have a second breakfast at about 10 o’clock since the steroids are before or after food. What a palaver! Thank goodness this is only once a week and only 3 tablets left!
