Opening Day!

Sabrina had her opening day and party at the new clinic today. It was mobbed and people were queuing down the street to get in and make appointments. She had an offer of 20%
off all treatments. It was a far more successful day than she had anticipated and she is over the moon. Her friend Elaine has been her business advisor from the start and they make a great team. She is renting out the other room to a lady who does massage and other treatments.
I’m so proud of her.

This morning we had a choir performance in the village hall which went very well then we had to drive up to Airdrie - we thought to babysit but John had decided not to go to the salon opening as he injured his ear at work the day before when a plank of wood on a crane bashed into him. His ear was split right across and had to be glued.
We arrived at their house at 3.30 and hardly saw Amelia and Lucy as they had 3 friends round and were outside all afternoon playing nice together. So we got our cuddles when they all came in for tea.
