La cosecha (harvest)

Today was an excellent day, we interviewed a candidate for the position of my assistant. Hope she starts soon, she is great for the job.
I got a surprise visit today, she was my student 18 years ago and now she has a great position at the school district. I love to have these kind of visits, especially when they come by to say hi and they still remember me (and my name!)
Hubby harvested the guajes and we had to peel them to get the seeds from the pods. It took a while for us to finish, it will be worth it ;-)
