Started the day with my first bash at the park run (pleased with my time of 21 minutes), then it was off to a 4th birthday party where Arlo was transformed into a blue faced cat (straight off the top cat set).

A wander and play in the sunshine this afternoon followed by fish and chips in the garden for dinner.

Ended the day with a frustrating bit of bike maintenance. Adjusting a front derailleur is a complete and utter pain in the arse.

I've linked to the music of Edinburgh hip-hop collective Young Fathers a couple of times now, but they deserve one more link for their new e.p. A really matured sound that has the darker shades of Massive Attack (think Tricky mumbling into his shoes), mixed with a classic UK hip-hop feel. Top stuff.
