3 hour visit to the RED ROOF Log Home..(try large)

Marc, Richelle and Jake got to visit their house today for 3 hours...lots of tears of happiness..


You can see the the tree was burned part way up..and the fire did reach the back steps to the deck


It is a firefighter's miracle that the house did not burn..


They moved their fridges out of the house. (gross smells).brought out all the bedding to be washed at our place.


They said there was virtually no smoke smell in the house.


EXTRA:  Singed roof log end..


There are 6 log ends that got burnt from the intense heat of the fire...but the house stood strong:-)

Still no power or water..so not sure when they can move back home..my wife and I are just loving this unexpected opportunity to share our home with them..and she is showing her love with such wonderful meals...
