You're a Work of Art, You're The Trevi Fountain

I woke this morning, did the usual, and stepped outside once, I'd done the necessary and dried my hair.

It was glorious, as it mostly is all over the UK right now, and I was about to start my German, when the phone rang, and there, in all his glory was Boy.  Sitting on the wall beside the Trevi Fountain.,

It's his birthday today, 

We celebrated while he was home, but he always checks in on the day.   
He had already been out running, this morning, got up at 5.30am had already ran past the Collesium, and now was enjoying sitting watching the people arranging themselves for this Insta Photos.

As we sat chatting, I showed him and Jess the beautiful morning, and I spotted the moon in the sky.  They both looked up in Rome and saw the same moon above them.    

Isn't that lovely, that we were 1,500 miles apart, and yet we were all looking at the same thing.

Later today he and Jess were heading for a 4 hour food tasting event,  He always has the best fun on his birthday. 

Si and Me?  we were at work.  And tonight we had a walk along with water's edge, and then down to the harbour where we watched the fishing boats.   It was quite, quite lovely.
