Gaylord and the Caterpillar

John fed the chipmunks and squirrels while I was gone but he only came once a week, so the Back Porch Cafe was not open most days.  Now that I am home, the customers are returning.  Can you spot the Tussock caterpillar in this picture?   They come every fall.  Harmless creatures but touching them can lead to a nasty rash in some people.  Fall is definitely on its way, but you won't think it today when it will be about 90F!  Hot for the next couple of days too but then we slide back to more normal temperatures.  I miss the cool temperatures in Scotland!  Gift#246: reconnecting with my furry friends.
