Wow - what a perfect day for my birthday. The weather has been just incredible and am feeling so blessed. We drove to Keswick and got on one of the boats on the lake. Then off the other side for a lovely lakeside walk. Back on the boat after our walk back to Keswick. Had our picnic overlooking Derwentwater then back on the boat for a trip round. 
Then drove down the Borrowdale valley just to go to a hotel for coffee that we both love. So beautiful to sit outside watching the birds grazing on the feeders!
Back via a short walk at Thirlmere, then this evening into Bowness for dinner overlooking Windermere.
What a perfect day.
