What an exciting day!

JR was up and off to her gym this morning. I took my time to get going. Hazel was heading off to London by train, but she was so well organised that she had time to pop over for a coffee before she left.

Abi brought Pip round for a while, JR took Archie out for a big walk, and I ... well, I don't know what I did... nothing much. Although we were promised a nice sunny day, the clouds came in and it got quite chilly.

When JR came back, we watched a bit more of 'The Morning Show' - we can't watch it in the evenings, as one or other, or both of us fall asleep. But yes - we both dozed off this afternoon... perhaps we should give up on it.

In fact, we were both dozing, and I woke up briefly to stop it, and switch to 'Flog it' - easy to doze through, as there's no plot. Dozed off again, and woke to find cricket on! A T20 international match - England v New Zealand, which was a nice surprise. 

Admission: I have not been doing my little 5 minute breathing exercises...
