Photographed at the bottom of the garden, whilst my lawn was being mowed. I try to be at home whilst that's happening, so that I can ply the man who comes to give the garden a once over with coffee and a bit of chat. I think it makes his task a bit more pleasurable.

Then it was off to 'The Barn' for coffee and chat with a friend. It was lovely to spend time together - we've been meaning to meet up for ages! And it was lovely to indulge in a slice of their lemon polenta cake. They had a good selection of cakes and it was difficult to choose!
