Sunflowers

Thanks to AlecF a fellow blipper who alerted me to the existence of a local field of sunflowers. It’s not exactly secret but not advertised either and a footpath runs nearby, although I think I might have trespassed a bit to get close enough to take pictures. 
Lovely to see them in the sunshine today .
A bonus was seeing a pretty blue butterfly on a thistle, I’ll have to look up the differences between the various blues.
I think it’s a common blue
