Beauty is all around us.

A pretty bowl with KP salted nuts.

Today has included heavy rain showers and I realised I was needing to step back from my normal routine that involves walking a narrow path that is a piece of wild land, where, on either side of the path, are stinging nettles as the dominant plant. There are hen pens too. Sometimes they make hen sounds, as in cock a doodle do.
I just mutter cheerfully, good morning hens. Then I walk on, to the nearest corner shop, Best One, for our Daily Mail.
I was blessed to go out and return I a dry time.
Now after a fairly passive morning, drying washing, breakfast and Paul doing our shopping, and a walk to the Parish Church, where I took a big jar of long saved 2p coins, to support the funds there, and buying homemade plum jam. We have enjoyed a sunny warm afternoon. I cut back diseased rose leaves. Torn leaves, some with
Black spot and I also saw a small green beetle on an actual rose.
Paul and me watched Escape to the Country and now are watching The Repair Shop.
I did some small scale online research and realised BHF has much of value to support the lives of people like me with v. High Blood Pressure. I am now signed up for their magazine.
Thanks for visiting, enjoy a good day .
