Sparkles

in the sea as I walked along the beach this afternoon as the wind had got up since I had a beautiful swim this morning-it was so calm and warm then. There was so much rubbish left on the beach though, that I returned to clear it up. I was not happy!! There are plenty of bins and they weren t full. Why can t people use them, or better still, take it home?? :(
