The Three Graces

The Three Graces have risen from the waves in a united front, ready to pose for the camera. We always enjoy our time in the waves but it is especially enjoyable when the  tide is high, sun shines and the wind is warm from the west.  We swam much later today to catch the tide- we don’t like it when it is low and we have  to walk halfway to Fife to find deep water.

I have finished de-sanding all my swimming gear and am ready to welcome one of my Stromness Singing Selkie friends to the Dower House for a few nights. She comes equipped with her cozzie!
