Greenwich

We had no plans today and No.1 was in Bucks with JC’s family.  We had a slow start on account of late night then headed up to Greenwich for a wander.  There is so much to see and we said we would definitely come back.  S&M have a ‘date day’ each week and at first I scoffed a bit at the idea but have come round to the view that if you set aside a day, at least it means you do something otherwise, golf and other things get in the way.  So we have decided to have a date day each week and take it in turns to decide on the day and plan the activity.  Watch this space (after we come back from a week away).

No.1 in Bucks and not happy at prospect of large gathering with JC family and friends (a couple that are married on name only and don’t really do anything together, no ‘date day’ for them!! ). However she said it turned out ok and she enjoyed it.

No.2 at Notting Hill Carnival but coming down on Monday.
