Looking better

As long as he sits still !! 

B woke with backache this morning, doesn’t do ‘staying in bed all day’ very well. The chair in his study is very supportive, so that has helped to ease his back, whilst he sorted out his head which is still doing ‘wheelies’. He came downstairs for dinner and to watch the athletics on TV. The World Championships have been awesome. 

I’ve had a couple of naps today to try recharge the batteries.
