Regatta

I took part in North Berwick Regatta. It was a very well organised, busy event with a lot of clubs taking part. It is a longer course than most regattas and usually goes round Craigleith, however, it was far too rough in the morning to go round the rock so the course was modified to do a big triangle in from of it. I took part in two races. 
The first one was very early when the sea was very lively and it was seriously hard work! I was in stroke as well which didn't help. We didn't do well at all! 
The second race was in te afternoon. The sea had calmed down a lot since then and it was much easier. It was also the crew I had trained with and we did well (for us). 
As usual, the atmosphere was very friendly and I had a great time. I am rather paying for it today (I am back blipping this) as my knees are not happy at all!
