Edinburgh

 SparseRunner and I won't see each other for three weeks so we went to town together. First to his office to pick up some documents and he sowed me the new teaching building (I am sure it's got a name) - it is a very successful building, practical and very pleasant to be in. 
Then we went to town itself - he needed a new hand luggage case (we rarely have any hold luggage), and I needed new trainers. Needless to say that with my square feet , extra-wide trainers have to be ordered... Then we found a social-bite restaurant and had a meal.
Later, Lucie came to use our washing machine and we had a good chat.
