First Foot Soldiers

A beautiful calm and sunny day, followed by a beautiful evening, except the midgies. 

Up early and got washing out and chores around the house.  Laura, Shaun and Olly came by for a cuppa.  Walkies and popped by Madeline's.  Picked up mam from work, and friend Julie and headed down to Laura's.  Niece Eve came home from Glasgow today, and a great catchup.  Working in the shop this evening, fairly quiet.  Off out with friends tonight.  One thing I've noticed after Sammy's operation, both Olly and Keba seem to know he's had something done.  Both dogs been super gentle to him, and both aware it's around the mouth area.  Dogs are the best ever. 

End of the Viking Angling competition, and a local band playing.  A great crowd and everyone up for a good night, although the building is roasting after a fine day.  The First Foot Soldiers are always first class, and did a great gig at the Tall Ships.  Taken in the Scalloway Boating Club, Port Arthur, Scalloway.
