Après la pluie, le beau temps

We had a brief thunderstorm this afternoon, which left the garden looking dew-drop sparkly afterwards when the sun came out. 

I went outside with my macro lens, treading very carefully so as not to slip on the damp, mossy-covered paths, and desperately trying to avoid all the slugs and snails, but I simply couldn’t hold the camera steady enough to do justice to the light and the sparkles.
