a gust of wind

And they’re off.
I blipped this perennial sow thistle about a fortnight ago. A lot of the flowers have now turned into lovely soft pompom seedheads. Today it’s been raining and a bit windy. A good gust of wind and the first little seeds flew off way above my head to self-set themselves wherever they fall. The green leaves belong to a bit of stray bindweed that has climbed all the way up to the top of this elegant plant. I thought they looked nice though.
