The West Coast of Scotland

We decided, as it was such another lovely day, to head to the west coast., We went via Dundonald, Through 2nd Coast, 1st Coast, Laide, Aultbea, and Poolewe, finally arriving at Gairloch. Here we met up with friends from Gairloch, which is in Wester Ross, and had tea and a darn good blether. This photo was taken from Gairloch looking east over the bay and beach to the mountains beyond. The big hill is called Slioche and it overlooks Loch Maree. Being such a sunny day, the scenery was really enhanced. Will be staying over and sightseeing this weekend. Have a great weekend everybody!
