Gold roses in a bucket, because all our vases are still packed somewhere. These were from one of our wonderful new neighbours for our golden wedding anniversary today. They look amazing, even in a bucket.

Full on day today. New water main being laid into our house, which involves a channel being dug out through our lounge, hall and bathroom. A very emotional and moving funeral, a constant flow of visitors and then a meal out where two glasses of wine, and fine food have knocked me out! Off to bed now.
