Dunbar Town House

We had a long meeting there in the morning so took the opportunity to visit the building. This is the view from the top floor where Scotland's oldest functioning council chamber is located. One of the room where the debtors were locked up has old graffiti carved in stone, dated from 1772 - these people were not criminals so we're still allowed a knife - the handwriting was beautiful. It is an interesting building.
