Beefsteak....!!???

Often wonder why they are called that...!!??
Anyway I thought and wondered what the inside of my giant tomato would be like...(blipped earlier in the week)...!
And it was perfect...and super delicious..roasted with a dusting of brown sugar salt and the best balsamic vinegar...along side baked fish...ooooh the flavor....!!!

Two more parties interested in the house we like so now the usual bidding war...have to wait til next week to see how it all goes..!!
