Eye on the Prize

My brother and his family were in the area on holiday and suggested meeting up for a walk. So this morning 5 of us, plus a baby and two dogs went for a walk on Wells Beach.  My brother's dog (with the 'prize') is a rescue dog that they've only had a few months. They foster dogs on a temporary basis, but this one stole their hearts so they decided to keep him. They'd not taken him to the coast before and were fully intending to take it step by step, but the dog was having none of it and plunged into the sea and thoroughly enjoying swimming around and playing 'fetch'. My nephew's dog was a bit more cautious though, except when egged on by his playmate. So lovely to meet up for a walk and have a catch up.
