We rescued him from under an Oakland monorail in 2000, and although he's sweet enough he's also half feral and loves to kill everything he can get his paws on. This cat has cost us two couches, three chairs, and more sweaters than I can remember. The dogs are terrified of him; Frank has three permanent scars across his stomach from refusing to believe that Vegas would "ever do that."

(Hint: swishing tails mean angry kitties: this cat's tail has never rested once.)

We get along better now that he's getting old and slow, but man, this animal has been a hundred Stephen King novels all in one innocent little kitty face. I salute you, demon cat, and love you most from three feet distant.
