Feeling Good . . . Nina Simone

The forester and his axe has caused some comment.  It is just something he has always done.  It is a lovely day for a walk in the bush as we call it.  I looked it up and it is described as an easy two to three hour walk up through Beech forest to open tops where the hut is.  I am off to the movies this afternoon.  
The blip is the row of daffs flowering in the "community" veggie garden beside our driveway.  Behind them you can see the side of our garage has had all the tatty native shrubs dug out by the forester.  I am intending to plant rhododendrons there.  They are my favourite flowering shrub.
