Comings and goings

A walk at Mount Batten on another real Summer's day with very warm temperatures despite a sea breeze. I arrived just in time to see Brittany Ferries flagship Post Aven ( on the left ) leaving the Sound bound for Santander in Spain, passing a visiting cruise ship Crystal Serenity. Not a behemoth but still a sizeable ship said to carry 1000 passengers many of which will have had the opportunity to explore the area during the day. Next stop, I believe, is Dublin before eventually ending up in Reykjavik, Iceland. Plenty of other vessels on the water today; trawlers, pleasure craft and water taxis.
