At last

At last we have butterflies - three Red Admirals anyway. Worth recording I thought. Not a brilliant photo as I used the long lens which was the one on hand. If I had gone in for another camera I am sure they would have gone. 

Lovely day today although a little breezy. Perfect for drying all the washing. The family is on tenterhooks for our granddaughter and her GCSE results tomorrow. She worked so hard, we are just hoping she gets the grades she deserves. 

Thank you so much for the love for my young Song Thrush yesterday. I was so happy with the photo as it captured the wonder and slight fear of a youngster out on their own trying to make sense of the world. I am pleased others saw this too.
