Aquapark Corfu

Today we went to the local water park.

We used a bus organised by the park to there, and were sent a precise Google Maps link where to get on to it by.  The first two buses drove past in spite of frantic gesticulation.  A third reluctantly stopped but the driver was cross we weren't at a proper stop.  Grrrr....

We got there and had a lovely time.  It was really hot but not too busy - the only thing we really had to queue for was the "Crazy River" which mixed sections of slide with little lagoons and proved to be a favourite.  

The return journey was a little confused too - we'd got the "wrong" bus there, and in spite of asking been put on the same bus back.  The driver was furious that we weren't on his list and the travel person adamant we should be on that bus.  She lost, but put us on a different one.

We made it home for a lovely dinner at a Greek Taverna just beside our hotel and right on the shore.  CyclopsJnr was delighted to discover that if you threw small pieces of bread into the sea next to our table the sea would erupt with little fish competing for a bit of the meal!
