The Window Filter

A couple of nights in Manchester. Uneventful train trip down and then a walk across the city centre to our hotel. After we came back to the room I looked out the window and saw this night sky and thought it would have to be my blip. It was only later that I realised the reason it looked so spectacular was that the leftmost panel of the floor to ceiling window was actually tinted red, as part of the building decor, and while the sunset was a little orange, it didn't really look like this!
