Trees Over Houl Road
Glimpses of sunshine in the morning, mostly breezy and cloudy, and the odd shower passing over.
Morning walkies after breakfast, with Laura and Shaun popping by for a cuppa after. The dreaded vet at lunchtime for Sammy, he's been suffering possible toothache. Poor boy has to go back tomorrow for a couple of teeth out. A mix of walkies and jigsaws this afternoon. Back to work in the shop this evening, then an early night.
Not much of a day to venture out far, and after Sammy's worrying news at the vet, I didn't feel like heading far with him. Sammy being 15, going under anesthetic isn't the best, but the vet seems happy with his general health. As we came up over the road, looking back to our home street, it's fairly covered with trees. The building in the foreground is the old changing rooms and stands at Fraser Park. The rest of the houses going up the hill are on Houl Road, with our house just out of the picture of the top left. Taken from Castle Street, Scalloway.
