Blaze

A bit of a drama at the end of our road this morning. I had taken the dogs out for a walk and as we headed across the fields I turned to look back, only to see a huge column of black smoke (extra 1) rising from some where in the vicinity of our house! Phoned home to check it wasn’t us on fire! Walking back through the village an hour later, about 100 metres from home, I came across this scene … a burnt out tractor with another tractor just pulling away a baling machine (which was being towed at the time of the fire).

Thankfully no one was injured, the tractor driver was ok and was trying to scrape bits of wreckage off the road as we came by.
